Currently, the company is experiencing steady growth and needs to further expand its development capacity. As a result, we are looking for a Test Engineer to join Global Mediator's technical team in Bucharest.
As a QA Engineer, you will be part of a community with more than 50 software engineers who only work on solutions that are on mainstream support from Microsoft, and you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and clarification of requirements with a customer
- Test documentation processing
- Providing tasks estimations
- Analyzing and planning testing.
- Writing and Executing test cases
- Conducting functional and non-functional testing
- Identifying problem areas, adding them to a tracking system
- Issues processing
- Maintain test documentation
- Communication with Customer
- Communication with development team
- Analyzing the test results

Personality & Experience
- Hands-on experience with EPR systems, Microsoft Business Central, MS Dynamics NAV etc. Docker, Containers. Database: SQL, MS SQL. Testing practices such as BDD/ATDD. API testing
- 3+ years of practical experience testing complex business solutions (finance, banking, production etc)
- Bachelor/Master graduation in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent understanding of test methodologies and practices
- Analyze and identify gaps in requirements based on knowledge of the business systems processes and end to end processes

- Help create a culture of learning and continuous improvement within your team and beyond
- Contribute to lessons learned / retrospectives and collaborate with IT team members on implementing process improvements
